Privacy Policy

In compliance with Law 25.326, the Leonix user database is registered with the National Direction of Personal Data Protection (DNPDP) of Argentina.

Registration and account data:

• Full name and username.
• Email address.
• Password (stored encrypted, never in plain text).
• Country of residence or company country.
• Company name and assigned subdomain.

Billing data:

• Business name, CUIT/DNI (Argentina) or equivalent tax identification.
• Fiscal address, city, province and postal code.
• Billing email.
• Note: Leonix does NOT store credit/debit card data. Payments are processed directly by MercadoPago or Stripe.

Usage and operation data:

• Records of facilities, devices, assets and work orders created on the platform.
• Activity logs (actions performed, dates, users).
• IP address and navigation data (for security and analytics).
• Cookies and session data.

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate Leonix Services.
• To process payments and issue billing receipts.
• To manage and authenticate your user account.
• To send transactional communications (confirmations, account alerts, system notifications).
• To improve the platform through anonymous and aggregate usage analysis.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
• To protect the security and integrity of the platform.

We will not use your data for advertising purposes without your explicit consent.

Data is stored on secure servers. We implement technical and organizational security measures that include:

• Data encryption in transit via TLS/HTTPS.
• Passwords stored with secure hash algorithms (bcrypt).
• Role-based access control (RBAC).
• Monitoring and logging of suspicious access.
• Periodic backup procedures.

No system is 100% invulnerable. In the event of a security breach that compromises personal data, we will notify affected parties within 72 hours in accordance with applicable regulations.

Leonix does not sell or rent personal data to third parties. We only share data with the following essential service providers, under confidentiality agreements:

• MercadoPago – Payment processing (Argentina). Privacy policy: mercadopago.com.ar
• Stripe – Payment processing (international). Privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy
• Google Analytics – Web traffic analysis (anonymous and aggregate data). Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
• Cloud infrastructure provider – Database hosting and application servers.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order or competent authority.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Keep your session active.
• Remember your language and settings preferences.
• Measure traffic and site behavior (Google Analytics, with your consent).

You can manage cookies from the consent banner or by configuring your browser. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not affect service functionality.

Under Law 25.326 (Argentina) and the GDPR (European Union), you have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: request the deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Portability: receive your data in a structured and commonly used format.
• Opposition: object to the processing of your data under certain circumstances.

To exercise any of these rights, send an email to jleone@leonix.net.ar indicating your request. We will respond within the legally established timeframe (maximum 30 days).

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations:

• Active account data: for the entire duration of the contractual relationship.
• Billing data: up to 10 years for tax obligations (Argentina: Law 20.628 and related).
• Operational data: 90 days after account cancellation, unless earlier deletion is requested.

After these periods, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

Leonix Services are exclusively directed to users over 18 years of age or who represent a legally constituted company. We do not intentionally collect data from minors. If we detect that a minor has provided data, we will delete it immediately.

Leonix may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify significant changes by email and/or through notice on the platform. The "Last updated" date at the beginning of the document indicates when the last modification was made.

Continued use of the Service after the publication of changes implies acceptance of the new Policy.
