Terms and Conditions
By using Leonix services, you accept these terms. We recommend reading them carefully.
Important: By registering, accessing or using Leonix services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the service.
1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access and use of the Leonix SaaS platform and its related services ("Services"), operated by Leonix ("we", "our").
Use of the Services is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These documents constitute the complete agreement between you ("User" or "Company") and Leonix.
2 Service Description
Leonix is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that offers custom business management panels, including but not limited to:
- CMMS/GMAO Panel: maintenance management, assets, facilities, work orders and technicians.
- Custom forms and process tracking.
- User management with differentiated roles and permissions.
- Reports, history and operational analytics.
Leonix may incorporate new features, modify or discontinue existing features with prior notice when appropriate.
3 User Accounts and Registration
To access the Services, you must create an account. By doing so, you guarantee that:
- All provided information is truthful, accurate and up-to-date.
- You are of legal age or represent a company authorized to accept these Terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
- You will notify Leonix immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Leonix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4 Plans, Payments and Billing
Services are offered under different subscription plans with monthly or annual billing. By subscribing to a plan:
- You authorize recurring charges according to the chosen billing cycle.
- Prices are expressed in USD or ARS depending on the billing country and may vary.
- Payments are processed through MercadoPago (Argentina) or Stripe (international). Each platform has its own Terms of Service.
- In case of payment failure, access to the service may be suspended until the situation is regularized.
Leonix reserves the right to modify prices with 30 days notice. Cancellation of the subscription does not generate a refund for the current period, except as required by applicable law.
5 Permitted Use and Restrictions
The User agrees to use the Services only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following is expressly prohibited:
- Using the service for illegal, fraudulent activities or that violate third-party rights.
- Attempting to access, modify or interfere with Leonix systems or servers.
- Reselling, sublicensing or transferring access to third parties without express authorization.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any part of the Service.
- Uploading malicious content, viruses or any harmful code to the platform.
Non-compliance with these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account.
6 Intellectual Property
All rights to the software, design, code, trademarks, logos and content of Leonix are the exclusive property of Leonix or its licensors.
By using the Services, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the platform according to these Terms.
The data you upload to the platform (facilities, devices, maintenance records, etc.) are your property. Leonix only processes them to provide you with the service.
7 Availability and Limitation of Liability
Leonix strives to keep the service available continuously, but does not guarantee 100% availability. Interruptions may occur due to:
- Scheduled or emergency maintenance.
- Failures in third-party services (cloud providers, payment processors, etc.).
- Force majeure events outside Leonix's control.
Leonix will not be responsible for:
- Data losses caused by improper use of the system by the User.
- Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
- Operational or business decisions made based on information managed on the platform.
- Accidents, incidents or consequences derived from industrial maintenance management.
Leonix's maximum liability in any case will be limited to the amount paid by the User in the last 3 months of subscription.
8 Data Backup
Leonix implements data backup procedures as part of its infrastructure. However, it is recommended that the User maintain their own backups of critical information.
Upon cancellation or termination of the account, User data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9 Service Termination
The User may cancel their subscription at any time from their profile. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Leonix may suspend or terminate a User's access immediately and without prior notice if:
- These Terms are violated.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity exists on the account.
- Payment cannot be processed after the grace period.
10 Modifications to these Terms
Leonix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify significant changes by email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 15 days in advance.
Continued use of the Service after notification will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
11 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising in relation to these Terms will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
For users of the European Union, the rights recognized by the GDPR and the regulations of the User's country of residence will additionally apply.
